Formula comparison
Capsiplex Burn is a men’s weight-management supplement with a transparent ingredient presentation. PhenGold competes on a different daily formula, rather than on the suggestion that Capsiplex hides its ingredients.

Our recommendation
We favour PhenGold for its combination of disclosed daytime ingredients.
Theanine, tyrosine and quantified botanical extracts sit alongside caffeine in PhenGold. That particular selection is our preference for a general daytime routine. Capsiplex Burn is also a clear-label option and has a slightly lower declared caffeine serving.

Burn and Trim are different products
This review is about Capsiplex Burn. Capsiplex Trim has a different formulation and caffeine amount, so its details should not be used in a Burn comparison. The Burn product page states 200 mg caffeine per serving.
PhenGold’s supplied daily serving lists 225 mg caffeine anhydrous. The 25 mg difference is not a reason to call one product a stronger fat burner. It is a useful detail for someone assessing a stimulant-containing purchase.
Why our preference is still PhenGold
Both products provide ingredient information, so transparency alone does not settle this comparison. We prefer the specific PhenGold combination of theanine, tyrosine and rhodiola alongside its other actives. Readers can examine the individual quantities and decide whether those ingredients are ones they want.
Capsiplex Burn may be preferable if its ingredient selection appeals more to you or its caffeine amount better fits your routine. Neither preference demonstrates superior fat loss. The choice is more credible when the criteria are stated openly.
Amounts refer to the stated serving for each product, not one capsule. Extract weights, raw-herb equivalents and elemental mineral amounts are different measurements.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.
PhenGold: All 12 label entries are shown individually. The caffeine figure is the declared anhydrous amount; total intake also depends on other caffeine sources.
Capsule and other ingredients
PhenGold: Hypromellose capsule, silica and magnesium stearate.
How much should you read into pepper extracts?
A pepper extract can be described by its plant amount, extraction ratio or standardised active content. Those descriptions are not interchangeable. A larger milligram number does not necessarily mean a larger capsaicinoid amount.
The same issue applies to tea and coffee extracts. PhenGold lists green tea standardised to polyphenols; that should not be silently rewritten as an EGCG percentage. Accurate label comparisons keep the manufacturer’s actual specification rather than create a simple but misleading potency league table.
Stimulant suitability comes before brand preference
A difference between two caffeinated supplements does not turn either into a caffeine-free choice. Consider coffee, energy drinks and other supplements before adding one. Capsiplex Burn’s own directions also caution against combining it with other caffeine products.
If the supplement would make your sleep worse, the more useful action is to reconsider the stimulant routine. Review evidence links caffeine timing with sleep disruption. [1] A supplement should fit your day rather than force you to compensate for its effects.
Our final choice
PhenGold is our pick for the combination we would want in a general daytime formula. Capsiplex Burn deserves credit for clear ingredient disclosure, and the final choice should account for caffeine and personal ingredient preferences.
